One Park Central consists of two residential towers with common and retail space provided for the residents. CMC Glazing Group installed 19,000 sq. ft. of system 2 curtain wall and glass alongside Kawneer 360 series thermally broken doors. The exterior was completed with 500 sq. ft. of Ventex louvers. The interior package included 141 total vision shower stalls and 400 lineal feet of C.R. Laurence 200 series aluminum handrail.
